The two things that matter…
I work with a select group of business executives at companies in the Mid-South, providing hands-on consulting work to impact the two greatest challenges of mid-market companies:
I’m not a business coach – I’m a hands-on consultant who provides that same powerful business tools, delivered under expert guidance, that I used during my career building mid-market companies.
The areas that have the greatest impact on any organization are the culture and performance of the people, and the strategy for growing the organization.
My focus now is on leaving a positive impact. It’s not about me; it’s about the people I work with. When I engage a client, I become personally invested – rolling up my sleeves to make sure that I make an impact.
This commitment limits me to a select group of clients at any given time; if I’m spread too thin, I won’t get the results that I expect.
As the CEO and COB of three different companies in the Memphis area, I’ve created annualized value increases of 15%, with each company selling for a multiple between 8 to 15 times earnings.
I attribute these value increases to my career-long study about defining organizational culture, getting the most out of my people, and creating a defined strategy for achieving profitable, transferrable growth.
